Statistical Modeler

Title:  Statistical Modeling Associate Director Company:  Global Pharmaceutical Location:  Remote based in UK and EU Employment Type:  Permanent or Contract   In this role, you will collaborate closely with the project team to identify needs for  statistical modeling, go/no-go decision-making,  and complex  innovative clinical trial design s, ensuring their effective implementation in study protocols, development decisions, and clinical trial analyses.
You will also work with other statisticians to  develop training programs on novel statistical approache s, fostering understanding among both statisticians and non-statisticians within the organization.
Qualifications Advanced degree : PhD in Statistics or a related field, with a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals Experience : at least 6 years of experience in clinical trials and statistical methodology.
Expertise : Experience in at least one statistical area, such as causal inference methods, Bayesian methods, surrogate endpoints, advanced multiple testing, complex innovative designs, longitudinal modeling, and/or handling missing data..
Programming skills : Proficient in statistical software such as R or SAS, with experience in computer simulations; Capable of working independently as part of a cross-disciplinary team in a dynamic biotech environment with challenging timelines.
Additional beneficial skills : Familiarity with R Shiny, EAST, or Stan is an advantage.
Demonstrated track record of advanced knowledge of biostatistics and strong command of its application to  clinical trials.
