We are working with an innovative and well-established leader in the workforce solutions and technology consulting space. My client is seeking a polished and experienced Senior BDM to join their team and help drive their consulting arm forward.

The Role As a Senior BDM you'll take charge of shaping new opportunities in the market. Reporting directly to the Director for NSW—an exceptional leader known for driving strategic growth and building lasting client relationships—you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to position the business as a trusted partner.
Your focus will be on client engagement, strategy, and delivering innovative workforce solutions. This role is about building relationships, driving business and helping the business expand its presence in the consulting space.

What You'll Be Doing: Acting as a Business Development Manager for the leadership team, with a focus on developing the consulting arm. Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, particularly at the C-suite level (CTOs and other executives). Collaborating with the NSW Director to drive growth and execute strategic plans. Showcasing the company's employed contractor model, mentorship programs, and workforce solutions to create tailored client offerings. Representing the business as a thought leader and trusted advisor in the market. About You: We are looking for a highly motivated and polished professional with 10–15 years of experience in consulting, account management, or business development. Ideally, you're someone who:
Has a consulting background and is confident working with senior stakeholders within Tech. Brings energy, drive, and passion for being in front of clients. Wants to step away from staff management and focus on strategic client engagement. Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Has the commercial acumen to identify opportunities and craft tailored solutions.
