The IT Operations Management Sales Specialist will be responsible for creating, qualifying, developing, and selling ITOM solutions.
With a consultative sales approach, you will lead with business value and engage both new and existing clients.
Supported by a broad team of pre-sales solution consultants, you will manage a defined territory.
Your territory will span many verticals and include large and mid-sized clients.
Your software portfolio includes a combination of SaaS and on-premises solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Results-driven sales professional with a strong track record of success in software sales.Energy and work ethic to drive innovation and growth in the role.Domain expertise in IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, AIOps, Network Automation, and Network Operations.Pipeline qualification and expansion through expertise and relationship-building.Value-based selling to identify key drivers of value for customers and develop unique value propositions.Planning for success through structured and methodical approach to building and executing annual sales plans.Collaboration and team-building to engage prospects in strategic sales.Good sales hygiene through accurate revenue forecasting and CRM system maintenance.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of proven software sales experience with a demonstrable track record of over-achievement and new business wins.Directly related previous work experience in IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, AIOps, Network Automation, and Network Operations.University or bachelor's degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.Experience in following a sales methodology, territory management, account development, and opportunity management.Successful partner engagement experience.OpenText is committed to building an inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all employees.
