What You'll Be Doing Window cleaning Gutter cleaning Solar panel cleaning Chimney sweeping and wood heater maintenance Occasionally pressure washing Other occasional assorted cleaning and maintenance tasks Summer/Spring is primarily window cleaning.
Winter is primarily wood heater work.
Autumn is a bit of everything.
The Role Has The Following Schedule 3-4 days per week from about the second week of September to the end of December.
Approx.
25-35 hrs.
3 days, on average, per week the rest of the year, although there is a potential for 4 days.
Fridays we take off every week.
4th day must remain free in your schedule in case rain forces us to reschedule a day of work No weekend work required What We Need From You A positive, enthusiastic, people person with a big smile Be comfortable dealing one-on-one with customers in their homes Have great customer service skills Must live on the Central Coast NSW Someone happy working outdoors in the heat of summer and the cold during winter Comfortable working on roofs (height safety training and equipment will be provided) This is a physically demanding role, so being healthy and able to work full days is a must Someone who does the right thing when no one is watching Must have driver's licence (Ps or full licence) and own car - or at least have licence and can get transport to/from Wamberal each day Most days you will need to pick up / drop off the work ute from Wamberal, so living close by is ideal but not required No previous experience is required.
Full training provided.
In fact, our best team members had no previous experience Have a current police check (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to obtain a Working With Children check Role is typically 8am-4:30pm each day.
However, as this is trade work, finish times vary slightly every day - we usually stay back until the job is done, occasionally requiring 9hr days and on the very rare occasion 10hr days.
Often we get early marks too.
$32.25 per hour including casual loading.
