About the role As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be working within a feature team and function as a liaison with the business translating their needs for a variety of technologies, including back office, customer facing (web and mobile) and internal systems.
Duties Include: Be the interface between stakeholders across both business and technology including development and testing teams. Elicit and analyse requirements from stakeholders using a variety of techniques. Analyse high level ideas, understand them and give them to delivery teams in deliverable slices. Collaborate across capabilities to ensure strong customer experience is achieved with strategic technical solutions. Assign value to work, reflect on what value has been achieved once delivered – influence others in and out of the team to have a value mindset. Define and track outcomes for the Customer Experience Delivery team. Participate in the uplifting of BA practices in the wider BA community. About You Seasoned Technical Business Analyst with Front-end (Web, iOS & Android) experience. Good technical knowledge to understand the right tools and techniques for each project and activity, including Jira. Excellent understanding of Agile SCRUM and Kanban. Excellent communication skills including influencing and negotiation. Proven experience in complex problem solving and analytical thinking. Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
