The Connected Campus Project is infrastructure focused and aims to design and deliver contemporary network services in support of the University's strategic teaching and research goals while driving operational excellence.
About the opportunity
Coordinate the delivery of business analysis for successful delivery of network enhancement services for the Connected Campus Project. Establishing testing strategies and plans for all solutions and services. Provide support for specialised teaching and research solutions and design and implement new systems in accordance with appropriate build guidelines and processes. About you
Relevant tertiary qualification in a business discipline or equivalent competency. Substantial relevant computing experience in a customer service role with a mature approach to work. Demonstrated experience with field/on-site support of complex IT systems and services. Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, testing, verification and methodology development. Experience in establishing testing strategies and plans. Note : A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.
