JOB DESCRIPTION
Paragon Tech are currently seeking full time / Contract, well-rounded Specialist Technicians to join our team as we have been offered the opportunity to recruit, State-wide, for the
'Technical Support to Schools Program' (TSSP) through the Victorian Dept. of Education.
The successful candidate will require high level, advanced technical skills in:
Windows Server Technologies
Service and management of Windows and Apple devices
Network Administration
The following attributes will be highly regarded:
Relevant experience in an educational setting, along with knowledge of wireless deployment and Department initiatives.
Previous experience with planning, deployment and management of 1 to 1 user/devices in an enterprise environment.
Demonstrates the ability to plan and run ICT professional development sessions and work collaboratively with the Schools' ICT Management.
Personal attributes:
Motivated, self-starter - able to work autonomously, or as part of a team as the work dictates.
Resourceful - able to find and research information to derive appropriate solutions to problems.
A good communicator - able to clearly communicate using appropriate language to accommodate the stakeholder.
Ability to troubleshoot through systematic processes of observation and elimination.
Must have or be able to obtain a Working With Childrens Check (WWCC)
Job Types: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week

Education:
Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree (Preferred)
