In this vital role, you will be on the manufacturing floor, providing real-time quality oversight and making pivotal decisions to maintain compliance with cGMP standards. You'll collaborate with a cohesive team and cross-functional departments, balancing technical success with strict adherence to quality systems. Here's What You'll Do: Within 3 Months, You Will… Familiarize yourself with Moderna's manufacturing processes and quality systems. Begin providing on-the-floor quality support, ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Start conducting routine walkthroughs and monitoring operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and manufacturing documentation. Within 6 Months, You Will… Enhance your decision-making skills, effectively managing and escalating quality issues impacting operations. Collaborate with manufacturing and support teams on deviations and reviews. Contribute to authoring and reviewing SOPs and Work Instructions, ensuring regulatory compliance. Within 12 Months, You Will… Establish yourself as a key player in enforcing GMP compliance and operational efficiency on the production floor. Demonstrate significant improvements in operational efficiency and risk mitigation. Be recognized for your ability to independently handle quality decisions and ensure the highest standards in our manufacturing processes.
