We have an opening for a casual chef with breakfast experience, we are needing you to have at least 3 years in a cafe
About us
We are a well-known and well-established cafe in Moonah. The cafe currently runs 7 days a week and we are focused on beautiful down to earth cafe food, we run weekly specials and work closely with our suppliers We are looking to renovate the cafe in October with a new kitchen being high priority. We will be aiming with this renovation to start focusing more on our catering, bottling and preserving for retail sales, creating a herb garden in our outdoor dining space, working with the community on a bartering system for any excess fruit and veg they may have (think corner smith cafe Sydney)We will also be looking at opening for functions and events, So there are plenty of exciting things happening this year.
What skills we need from you
we need you to have at least 3 years' experience as a cafe breakfast chef.
this is a great job for someone wanting some extra work as we close at 3.30pm or someone who is on a student visa.
We need you to have great communication skills and be able to take direction from the head chef and kitchen team
