Sous Chef

For Sous Chef OR Senior Cook to deliver creative, high-quality menus for a leading restaurant and bar.
A  Permanent Full-Time role within an iconic hospitality-focused establishment.
Requires: Experience as a Sous Chef or similar role with strong culinary skills.
(No visa sponsorships on offer) Salary guide: $75,000 - $80,000 Depending on experience Location: Gold Coast, Queensland.
Your normal day will involve: Working closely with the Head Chef to execute creative, high-quality menus featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
Managing inventory, controlling food costs, and maintaining kitchen budgets.
Ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during service, particularly during peak times, and maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
Supporting the team in delivering a memorable dining experience for every guest.
