The roleThe company's mission is to help individuals with getting the best start to their career. They have gone through Series A last year and have customers around the world. They are after an engineering manager to lead a team of 12 and take them through the next growth phase. Some of the key responsibilities include establishing more efficient processes and structure, and continuing to shape an engineering culture that people will love. Flexibility to work from home / remotely, with an office in Sydney CBD you can visit.About youYou have experience leading an engineering team. You understand the challenges companies go through during growth phase and have experience navigating them. You are empathetic, collaborative and passionate about empowering people to do their best work.
