Our large Federal Government client is looking to engage multiple Social Media Officers for initial contracts until 30 June 2025. This is your opportunity to contribute to a major national project led by the federal government across Australia.
You Will
Monitor social media content coming in, Assess incoming social media content for potential action, Allocate and escalate social media content according to priority and potential response, Respond to social media content in line with pre-prepared scripts. To Be Successful, You Will Have
Familiarity with social media channels and operations, Experience working as part of a large team, Desirable: Communications or Media qualification - either complete or in-progress, and experience in an APS work setting. Please note, these positions require Australian Citizenship.
