Sitzler is seeking a dedicated Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team at our Berrimah Office in Darwin, Northern Territory. Key Responsibilities: Creditor payments - EOM & Mid-Month Processing a high volume of invoices per week Monthly processing of lease, hire purchase and rentals Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets and obtaining authorisation from relevant staff Bank reconciliation including processing all debit charges and credit interest earnings, transfer funds between accounts BAS and GST preparation reporting on discrepancies General Ledger Consolidation, Posting and Allocation of Unallocated Items Minimum level of knowledge / skills / training required to carry out the job: Recognised relevant qualification or minimum of 5 years in financial and office administration with middle level experience Sound knowledge of accounting and administration principles Proficient in MS office suite and financial / accounting software #J-18808-Ljbffr
