ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Our Client is an established Sydney Tier 2 builder with over 30 years' experience delivering landmark Residential developments throughout the Sydney region. They boast a notable portfolio of class 2 projects, specializing in multi-unit residential buildings, and are currently seeking a Site Manager to assist in the delivery of a $50M Student Accommodation project near Randwick, Sydney.   ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE: In this role, you will be a part of a leading Builder / Developer, specialising in luxury high-rise residential projects. Currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of a $50M student accommodation project in Randwick, NSW. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional results, possess excellent leadership abilities, and have a proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects, this is the role for you.   Your Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. Collaborate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress. Develop and execute construction schedules, ensuring meticulous compliance with deadlines and budget constraints. Conduct routine site inspections to meticulously monitor work quality and promptly address any arising issues. Cultivate a constructive and cooperative working environment to elevate team performance and boost morale. About You: Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential high-rise projects, ideally with a minimum of 5 years' experience Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Proficient in using construction management software and tools Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field will be highly regarded.
