About the role Laing O'Rourke are looking for an experiencedSite Engineer to work in their pylon's team and form a key part of our iconic public infrastructure project located South of Perth in Western Australia.
Key responsibilities Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities of the project to ensure that project plans are implemented in accordance with designs and specifications.Interpret, review and improve existing designs for implementation in construction of the project.Establish, implement and ensure compliance to the project's procurement strategy.Assist with preparation of site construction budgets and reports.Produce work packs and scopes of work.Ensure all other tasks and duties as directed by your line manager are completed.Observe safe systems of work relevant to your work area and report potential hazards and environmental risks.You will have: A degree in civil engineering.Experience with pylons (highly desirable).A high performer who is proactive, reliable and flexible.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.Strong problem solving, organisational and communication skills.A high attention to detail.Benefits We work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
