About the role We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Site Administrators and Senior Site Administrators for a large Civil Infrastructure project based out of Armadale, WA.This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise. Key responsibilities: Front of house duties including greeting visitors and facilitating sign ins and access passes as required Co-ordinate IT requirements for new & transferring staff Co-ordinate Project Monthly Stationery & consumable orders, raising purchase order numbers and processing invoices Manage induction process through EIFY system, send out invitations and collect relevant documentation and upload to system. Arrange catering for meetings/functions and organise staff events Maintain internal, staff information and Outlook distribution lists Provide Administrative support to the Administration Manager, Project Leaders and Senior Project Leadership Team as requested Assist with management of Weekly Payroll Provide professional customer service and ensure information provided to clients is accurate, timely and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures Provide relief for other Site based Administration staff as required About you You have a minimum of 3 years administration experience preferably within a construction environment Site/Project based experience is desirable You are competent in all Microsoft packages You are a confident communicator who develops and builds relationships easily You can work in a fast paced, demanding environment with a proactive adaptable attitude You have a strong attention to detail and accuracy Benefits We work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
