Shines Digital is in search of a Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about driving performance and committed to delivering exceptional results for customers.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in managing Paid Search and Social campaigns, along with a strong desire to take on additional responsibilities in account management.

What does the role entail?
1.
Customer Success The Digital Marketing Executive's responsibilities involve assisting the Shines Digital team in the following Customer Success areas:
Developing and managing trusted relationships with customers, prioritising top-tier service, and a results-driven approach.
Cultivating profound insights into customer needs, industry trends, and target audiences to craft digital marketing strategies that drive success.
Regularly analysing market trends for actionable insights, optimising strategies to surpass ROAS targets.
Establishing clear, realistic campaign timelines to establish expectations and effectively communicating them to customers.
The ability to independently execute the tasks mentioned above within a reasonable timeframe is an expectation for the Digital Marketing Executive.

Digital Marketing Solutions The Digital Marketing Executive's responsibilities involve assisting the Shines Digital team in the following Digital Marketing Solutions areas:
Collaborating to deliver technology and service solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
Overseeing and managing the total paid media budget on behalf of customers.
Taking ownership of campaign strategy, executing advanced digital campaigns across various platforms (Search, Shopping, Social, Native, Display, Video) to drive customer business growth and success.
Managing bid management and optimisations in advertising platforms to enhance performance, while handling tight budgets and CPA constraints.
Applying advanced CRO methodologies to improve customers' landing pages, content, and other aspects of their digital properties influencing ROAS.
The ability to independently execute the tasks mentioned above within a reasonable timeframe is an expectation for the Digital Marketing Executive.

Agency and Self
Staying current on the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices across various paid advertising channels.
Identifying opportunities within the customer portfolio aligned with their growth objectives.
Support in new business pitches or conduct pre-pitch analysis for both existing and prospective clients.
Contributing to internal processes by assisting in the creation of collateral materials for the benefit of both the team and customers.
What you will bring to the role: You will have at least three years experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
You are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
You are a hands-on quick learner who enjoys a challenge and is consistently seeking forward-thinking approaches to enhance campaign performance.
You are up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
You possess a sound decision-making aptitude, being able to think on your feet, ask the right questions, move fast, and execute with precision.
You are both results-driven and creative.
You enjoy a mix of independent and collaborative work.
You are highly organised, demonstrating a methodical approach to work while effectively managing a dynamic workload and meeting deadlines.
You have excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients and management at all levels.
You have a thorough knowledge of Google Analytics and experience in detailed campaign reporting.
You have experience with reporting tools, the ability to translate quantitative analysis into insights for data-led decision-making.
Highly considered:
Certifications in Google Ads and other Google products.
Previous experience in account management.
Experience with ecommerce and DTC brands, including hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms and tools.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with reporting tools, especially Google Data Studio.
Familiarity with Email Marketing tools.
Expertise in third-party tracking and attribution tools, funnel building software, and CRO/website optimisation tools.
Ability to craft attention-grabbing ad copy for Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
Hands-on experience beyond Google and Facebook (e.g., Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads, Outbrain).
