Servicenow Developer - Nv1 Clearance

About the company: Nelson Frank in collaboration with our client who are a reputable global organisation are on the lookout for multiple ServiceNow Developers to join the team for their upcoming projects in 2024. You will need to an in-depth of knowledge of ITOM Discovery (including troubleshooting) and ServiceNow integration experience. Responsibilities: * Contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of ServiceNow ITOM solutions * Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Operational Intelligence * Support SerivceNow implementation projects by developing technical specifications, workflows, and integration requirements * Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow trends, features, and releases, and recommend enhancements or new functionalities to the projects. Key Skills: * Proficiency working with ServiceNow with a focus on ITOM implementations, Service Mapping and Discovery modules. * Highly regarded if you hold Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM and ITOM * Background in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, etc.). * Fluency in the design and configuration of ITOM solutions with ServiceNow. * Exposure with operations and infrastructure management concepts, including network devices, servers, databases, and cloud environments. * Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and integration with third-party tools and systems.
