We're currently seeking a Service Manager to join their management team in Melbourne to manage the Victoria and Tasmania territory (territory branch managed remotely).
The purpose of the role of The Service Manager is to be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the branch ensuring customer satisfaction, optimising service delivery, safety of staff and driving the growth of the business.

The role:Manage all aspects of the branch service department on a daily basis.Establish and maintain effective and efficient processes, systems and procedures.Optimise the efficiency of the service technicians, service coordinators and supervisors and subcontractors.Maintain the condition of service vehicles, arranging repairs and maintenance where necessary.Respond to and deal with customer communication to the customer and businesses expectation.Manage stock and warehousing requirements.Manage the safety to minimise injuries and manage the injury process.Manage people, performance and training requirements. What we're looking for:Tertiary qualifications in Business or Similar.Minimum 3 years managing a team or working in a similar role.Competent in Microsoft Office suite.Analytical, confident in analysing numbers and data and developing solutions.Enthusiastic interpersonal style that promotes effective communication, unity and respect with people across the organisation and those externally.Well-developed and effective verbal, written communication skills.Strong organisation and facilitation ability.Ability to act diplomatically, tactfully and with discretion and integrity always.Proactive and driven to achieve and implement continuous improvements.Adaptable and flexible working style.Ability to work autonomously.Ability to work under pressure and balance competing demands.
