Automotive experience is not necessary (although preferred); what we are looking for is someone who wants to put their customer service experience into a full-time role with great career potential with a STARTING OTE of $85,000-$100,000.This is a full-time role; Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm.What will a day look like?Open from 7:30, you will meet and greet customers as part of our "Driveway service" in a casual setting (no suits and tie here).You will confirm booking details, providing general advice and support in identifying what repairs/maintenance needs to be done.Liaise between workshop and customer for any repairs, sales, or warranty operations required.Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer.Overall; establish and develop effective customer relationships.About you:Previous experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry (not essential but highly regarded).You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.You will thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.You will have sound computer experience with the ability to learn new systems.You will have a can-do approach where no task is too hard.You have the ability to build rapport with our valued customers.You will have a good understanding of the automotive industry and be mechanically minded.A passion for consumer sales with proven results.Current NSW Driver's License.Why Tynan Motors?Paid Birthday Leave!
