This role would suit someone that is looking to get away from big city life whilst earning an excellent salary. Broome is a beach resort town in western Australia's Kimberley region. Along its Indian Ocean coastline, the white sands of 22km-long Cable Beach offer a dramatic backdrop for sunset camel rides. The Service Advisor carries out a range of duties related to being the key contact between the customer and the dealership, for repair and maintenance of vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties included:Meeting and greeting clients, customers and visitorsAnswering all incoming calls and directing appropriatelyTaking enquiries and service bookingsKeeping customers up to date with vehicle progressEstimating the cost and time needed to complete a jobLiaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frameGaining authorisation for extra workHelping bring new business into the service departmentSkills and experience:Must have high attention to detailPrevious experience as a Service Advisor is essentialMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsExceptional customer service with a pleasant & professional phone mannerSound knowledge of auto mechanicsA good remuneration package is on offer, including good retainer and uncapped commissions.
