How will I help? Joining the Operating Model Team within HR, you will provide workforce reporting and insights to assist the business and HR identify opportunities to improve operating models and structures in line with the Groups Workforce targets and strategy. Partnering with the Head of HR and Business Partners for Business engagement, you will deliver and execute Board level reporting, including insights both within a regular cadence and through various ad-hoc enquiries. You will drive the simplification of outputs into an easily understood suite of management reporting and insights to enable improved business decision making. Through collaboration with RTA, you will play a key role in the quality of workforce data and the ongoing improvement and simplification of not only the data but digestible output. With the ability to develop trusted business partnerships, you will support business leaders to embed and mature the Operating Model, providing thought leadership to help optimise the way they operate, and inspiring leaders on the journey to a future fit workforce. The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of HR data, HR metrics and position management frameworks. Be familiar with different operating model frameworks. Have experience in Operational workforce planning including data constructs to support demand and Supply planning. With strong data analysis and decision-making abilities, you will also demonstrate a track record influencing and motivating stakeholders to embed innovative strategic initiatives across a business function.
