Our Core Engineering Talent Acquisition Team is comprised of technical sourcers and recruiters supporting volume hiring at Atlassian. The Senior Sourcer position will report to the Talent Sourcing Manager for Core Engineering in Australia. This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Australia Your background Experience in Talent Acquisition, with deep technical sourcing experience recruiting front end and backend engineers A background in the software industry and functional understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting. Experience crafting and implementing talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines. Exposure and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices designed to improve representation of URGs within Atlassian and you have a focus on DEII initiatives that help build balanced teams. You have a collaborative approach with peers and stakeholders, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas.
