The opportunity to join our team We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with Office 365 expertise to join our rapidly growing organisation.
In this role, you'll support our clients and staff by managing and enhancing IT infrastructure and operations.
Your role is vital in managing and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across Microsoft Windows Servers, Active Directory, and email systems.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and support infrastructure systems, including Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 apps (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Windows OS, and virtualization platforms Manage Azure Enterprise applications, App Registrations, Azure AD.
Support Mail Gateway, Delivery and gateway Oversee mid-tier infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print services) and manage system security through patching and antivirus Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to enhance automation Monitor and manage IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs Participate in IT projects, disaster recovery planning, and system documentation Provide third-level support and mentorship to junior staff while maintaining high user satisfaction Be ready to contribute to after-hours support when required and drive innovation within our IT services.
What you will bring Proven expertise in Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and email systems Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and scripting or coding capabilities Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manager vendor relationships effectively A proactive approach to tackling technical challenges and driving solutions Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Find the better way What gets us excited about working here?
