Permanent full time opportunity to be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks associated with inventory management and physical distribution of clinical supplies and equipment throughout facilities within Community and Oral Health. The Supply Officer is required to provide a high level of client focused service to ensure a high-quality, responsive supply service.

About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Perform functions associated with the receipt, handling, storage, picking and packing, dispatch and delivery of stores and supplies. Build functional partnerships with Metro North supply personnel, external suppliers and Community and Oral Health staff in relation to supply matters. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or anomalies identified in relation to receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery of stores. Investigate and respond to customer queries and complaints. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines including maintenance of a safe working environment and work practises.
