The ideal candidate should:
Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in Family Law. Demonstrate skilful negotiation and strong advocacy. Be capable of independently managing a diverse range of family law cases. Maintain a focus on the broader objectives, striving to secure negotiated outcomes for clients whenever possible. Approach client communication and problem-solving with empathy and patience.
