Manage a caseload of clients
providing return-to-work assistance/case management across the Perth metropolitan area.Hybrid office/WFH model
- Our office is located in Subiaco.Complete ergonomic assessments and workplace assessments.Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.Documentation and report writing.Mentor junior team members and supervise student placements.Attend ad hoc referrer engagement meetings and events, and generate repeat/direct referrals.What we offer

Tertiary qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Chiropractic or Nursing.Registered with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC.Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Rehabilitation ConsultantExcellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.Excellent organisation and time management skills.Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.If you're passionate about making a difference and keen to join a truly awesome business –
