Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a highly successful Tier 1 Contractor who due to the award of new projects is seeking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on schemes typically ranging in value from 5 to 50 million. The opportunity As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will lead commercial activities on allocated projects and will work on tendering activities and new projects in the pipeline. This is a great opportunity to contribute in a key role and would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor who has a track record of leading commercial activities on projects and working with Bid / Work Winning and Pre-Construction teams. Projects are primarily based in the Public Sector with some projects in the Private Sector, including Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial offices. Qualifications and experience Main contractor experience within the Construction market. Experience of different project types and contracts forms. Experience as a Lead Surveyor on projects ranging between 20m to 50m. Demonstrably commercially focused with a proven track record of delivering high quality results whilst maintaining positive relationships.
