We are seeking a self-motivated professional who understands the unique needs of designing and developing training whilst embedding the tools and frameworks to build cultural competency that brings two worlds together. Your sound understanding of Victorian Aboriginal communities, in particular, Traditional Owners will set you apart from the rest. This coupled with extensive experience in facilitation and a capacity to quickly learn our systems is exactly what we are looking for. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Sound knowledge and understanding of current challenges, issues, opportunities and community aspirations amongst Aboriginal Victorian communities. Extensive experience in facilitation (both in-person and virtual), using knowledge of cultural and communication sensitivities. Capability development - demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of innovative learning and organisational development programs and initiatives. An appropriate qualification in a field such as learning and development, organisational development, education or a related discipline, (or working towards one) is highly desirable.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
