What You'll Do: Lead and manage complex land development and infrastructure projects , ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for civil and infrastructure challenges.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring project success.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in land development and/or infrastructure projects (must have).
Tertiary achievement in Civil Engineering.
Open to candidates from the contractor side.
Open to Project Engineers looking to make the step up to a Senior Project Engineer.
Strong technical understanding in civil engineering , including planning, design, and project management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
A passion for delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement.
