They have identified an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Engineer to join an established site team on an iconic CBD building project.
As Senior Engineer you will have will have full Engineering accountability where responsibilities will include; managing designers & overcoming design issues, interfacing with the client, procurement of materials, forecasting, weekly reporting and overseeing work delivered by trades and subcontractors.
As Senior Engineer you will need to mentor x2 Project and x2 Site Engineers so future leadership skills are required.Scope Includes; Fit Out- Blockwork, Services Fire/Water/HVAC, Cladding, Waterproofing etc .
The role is an immediate requirement and as of the critical nature of the role the client is open to engaging someone on a full time or contract hire basis.
The scope of works is purely the fit-out of a new building so applicants must come from either a commercial building background or have a strong level of experience in the fit-out of Rail stations.
