Job Description What you'll do Share product management expertise to be the go-to subject matter expert across customer, market, business and data insights Develop solutions that deliver value for customers and our business across all verticals in the carsales group (auto and non-auto) and which will scale into our international markets delivering 50M revenue per annum.
Collaborate with partners to drive growth by identifying, pitching and delivering big ticket new product initiatives that solve problems for our media customers Work within a specialist media product team comprised of Product Managers, Engineers and AdTech specialists Own OKRs, vision, roadmap, discovery and delivery for media products in collaboration with the squad and key stakeholders Qualifications What are we looking for? Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don't take ourselves too seriously) Demonstrate understanding and expertise in delivering valuable products, positively influencing people, delivering customer and commercial outcomes.
Product management – expertise in all aspects of your craft from discovery to delivery and in agile ways of working with commercially-driven empowered product teams The ability to develop and maintain a growth mindset, coupled with the skill to share and demonstrate examples of innovative ideas and creative approaches in the workplace.
Communication and presentation skills to deliver growth by identifying, pitching and delivering big ticket new product initiatives.
