Senior Procurement Specialist Randstad's procurement & contracts specialist, Hayley Wilson, is currently seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join a respected organisation on a permanent, full-time basis, located in Perth, WA.
This role supports operations across Australia, delivering procurement excellence across a range of categories.
Key Responsibilities: Drive operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and innovative solutions in sourcing products and services from key suppliers.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans, with a focus on objectives and measurable targets.
Establish and manage panels for tendering and project needs.
Identify and manage various risks across commercial, contractual, operational, and ethical areas as needed.
Maintain and manage currency of supply agreements for categories, ensuring supplier conformance and effective risk management.
Conduct regular reviews with key suppliers and foster strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Support and monitor procurement initiatives to achieve optimal business outcomes and performance improvements.
About You: 5+ years experience in procurement.
Strong background in category management, planning, and contract management.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams to define detailed project scopes and contract management.
Proven analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is highly regarded.
