Our core services include ecological surveys and assessment (terrestrial), vegetation mapping, rehabilitation monitoring programs, vegetation management plans, Biodiversity Assessment Method (BAM) assessments, expert advice, due diligence and constraints assessments, and threatened species surveys and management plans.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of the roleProviding advice to clients and internal SLR team membersWorking with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects across a range of sectorsProvide lead technical role for designing and implementing a variety of field-based studiesDeveloping, facilitating and enhancing effective relationships with our clients and internal SLR team membersAssisting in the development and implementation of team business plans and strategiesBe self-sufficient and have demonstrated business development skill set in a consulting environmentDelivering clear and precise, high-quality reportsTo be successful in this role, you will be a positive and engaging individual, as well as have:A degree in Biological Science, Environmental Science or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years' relevant experienceBAM training, accreditation and experience in applying the BAM within NSWExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of NSW environmental legislation and policies, standards and guidelinesDemonstrated experience managing or engaging with multidisciplinary projectsPrevious experience conducting some or all of the core services described aboveAustralian Citizenship or rights to work in AustraliaExcellent driving history and hold a current driver's licenseOur benefits at SLR include:Our culture is unique where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcome for our clients.
