Well-established organisation that fosters collaboration and innovation Providing guidance and generalist advice to business areas Australian Citizen | Baseline/NV1 Security Clearance The Position The Senior People Relationship Advisor position is responsible for providing HR generalist services to assigned business units. This role will predominantly partner with line managers to provide guidance and support on all aspects of the HR function and act as the 2iC to the Manager.
Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate will have a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, specifically in human resource management. They will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes and the ability to interpret and apply HR and other relevant legislation. You will have the responsibility to assist with onboarding, performance management, grievances, and conflict management. You have a consultative approach to solutions as well as working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities Building and establishing relationships within the business, Proactively manage talent to build a mobile, competent, and flexible workforce through developing and delivering effective workplace practices aligned with organisation objectives and legislative requirements, Identify, assess and encourage workplace values and behaviours to foster an engaged, inclusive and high performing workforce, Delivering customer-focused human resources services to optimise the employment life cycle experience at an individual and organisational level. Essential AGSVA (Australian Government Security Vetting Agency) clearance level: NV1 HR Generalist expertise with relevant tertiary qualifications Ability to interpret and apply HR and other relevant legislation Ethical Practice: understand and care; demonstrated high confidentiality and ability to build trust Global & Cultural awareness, a diversity influencer Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desirable Coaching or team leadership experience an advantage Being adaptable with the ability to identify risk opportunities whilst exercising sound judgement How to apply Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
