About The Role
The Senior People Experience Business Partner will provide strategic HR partnership to the Group CTO and the team, to support the design and delivery of their people strategy. The Partner will also work collaboratively across the broader Business Partnering team and Group People COE to represent the needs of the Technology business in the design of Group strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Provide strategic HR partnership to the Group CTO and Group Technology leadership team.
Identify and manage the people's priorities needed to deliver the Group Technology strategy, communicating these requirements to the Group People COE to provide bespoke services to the business.
Support People Leaders within the business through organisational change, coaching on strategic people matters, talent management, recruitment and leadership development.
Collaborate with the PX delivery team to support the delivery of cyclical people programs, including the embedment of talent and succession practices and driving engagement through targeted workforce interventions.
As a senior PX team member, articulate the priorities within our PX strategy and how these initiatives will benefit the business, championing the People Vision within the Technology business unit.
Act as a change agent and lead strategic initiatives related to scaling our business as it expands and grows, with strategic workforce planning as a key focus.
Together with the COE team, provide the business with meaningful insights via people reporting and analytics and recommend actions to guide planning, program design, decision-making, and success measures.
Own and drive the Technology DEI strategy and consistently infuse it into the employee experience.
Mentor and support the continuous development and upskilling of the broader People Experience team.
Skills and Experience
Tertiary Qualified in human resources or relevant field.
AHRI-certified and/or post-grad qualifications preferred.
Strong experience in business partnering / consulting-type roles ideally in high-growth companies.
Ideally experienced in a Technology organisation or supporting a Technology portfolio.
Experience in managing a range of Employee Relations matters and adept at managing change in a fast-moving, transformational environment.
Impactful business storytelling skills, both verbal and written.
Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
Strong communication, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills at a senior level.
Demonstrates skills and experience in building and maturing people practices in dynamic organisations.
