About the RoleNew Aim is seeking a talented Senior Manager, Growth & Strategy.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of Channel and Design, this role works closely with the senior leadership team to drive the development and execution of transformative strategies that position New Aim at the forefront of Australia's e-commerce market.
With responsibility for managing a portfolio valued at up to nine figures and cultivating key channel partnerships, this role plays a pivotal part in advancing New Aim's market presence and long-term growth trajectory.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop channel strategies that align with business objectives and drive sustainable bottom-line growth.Oversee and elevate the performance and development of channels to ensure strategic objectives are met.Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform strategic initiatives and promote innovation.Guide partnership strategy with channel partners by nurturing senior-level partnerships to unlock new opportunities and ensure New Aim is always the first one to know and act on every opportunity or offer within partner channels.Prioritize and oversee projects with a strong emphasis on delivering measurable results and achieving strategic alignment with business objectives.Define clear goals and KPIs for team members, ensuring accountability and focus on key priorities.Lead and inspire the team to achieve high-impact results.Cultivate a high-performing team culture by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.Optimize team resources and budget allocation to drive high ROI while aligning with business objectives.To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Have:At least 6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, banking, tech, startup or commercial-related roles.
Experience with major retail and eCommerce marketplaces is desirable.At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of 4 or more members, with demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and cultivate a high-performing team culture.Strong business acumen, skilled in interpreting data, spotting market trends, and crafting strategies for sustainable growth.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, adept at building strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, to maximize New Aim's impact and drive mutual growth.Strong financial acumen, with hands-on experience managing P&L and optimizing budget allocations to achieve strategic objectives.A proven ability to manage and deliver high-stakes initiatives, driving measurable outcomes, and aligning with strategic business objectives while meeting tight deadlines in dynamic environments.Proven ability to lead and mentor your team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, delivering transformative outcomes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.The Perks:Free on-site parking (and coffee!
