Job Description Bring your passion, innovative ideas, and expert design skills to the team! You will work on a range of print and digital design projects for one of Australia's most iconic brands 12 month maximum term contract opportunity with hybrid work arrangements What You'll Do We currently have a 12-month maximum term parental leave contract opportunity for an experienced Senior Integrated Designer to deliver quality ideas, concepts, designs and working files for a range of communication material across the NRMA portfolios. You'll work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing execs and Product owners, as well as other creative and production staff, on multiple projects ranging from simple digital and design tasks to complex concept development. You will have the opportunity to contribute as part of a team, share skills and mentor less experienced creatives where required. Specifically you will be required to: Take creative from brief stage to finished artwork and assets. Act as custodian for the NRMA brand and its subsidiaries, ensuring work delivered responds to the original brief's objectives Consistently ensure good quality control of all artwork and produce finished materials from creative concept Develop innovative creative ideas from a brief Clearly articulate rationales for work, responding constructively to feedback Serve as a primary contact for clients on assigned projects Generate artwork, animation and digital assets with a good understanding of colour graphics and how finished artwork will be reproduced within various media typesx Provide updates to existing collateral and the development and rollout of new pieces and campaigns, delivering various print and digital outputs. This role offers hybrid work arrangements from our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with the flexibility to work from home as agreed and required. What You'll Bring If you are passionate about what you do and love working in a fast-paced team environment, where you can bring your own creativity and excite us with your innovative ideas & concepts, this is the role for you!   In addition, we are looking for: At least 5-7 years of experience in a Design role, ideally from a dynamic design agency environment Expert design skills coupled with strong finished art capabilities and the ability to present work and articulate design rationale Ability to design work across both print and digital platforms/channels Strong technical ability on the Macintosh system using Adobe Creative Cloud Software, plus any other relevant design, animation and project management tools and applications Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated high-level understanding of typography, colour, print and digital design and production and are comfortable working with guidelines and templates Ability to use data insights to assist in your design decision making and have a drive for continuous improvement Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently, collaborate with a team and work well with stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills.
