Senior Improvement Partner (Improvement Coach) Limited Term Full Time All campuses Eastern Health Partnering with Eastern Health's leadership team, the Senior Improvement Partner is responsible for facilitating and guiding a culture for continuous improvement across Eastern Health.

About the role The Senior Improvement Partner is a key member of the Continuous Improvement team.
Partnering with Eastern Health's leadership team, the Senior Improvement Partner is responsible for facilitating and guiding a culture for continuous improvement across Eastern Health.
The role will support Eastern Health in coaching and developing expertise supporting a culture of Continuous Improvement.
The Senior Improvement Partner will have a key role in developing and implementing the continuous improvement capability building framework including performance standards, tools and techniques.
About you  To be successful in this role you will possess: At least 3 years' experience in redesign and improvement methodologies with a specific focus on lean methods and tools including A3 thinking At least 3 years' experience in delivering successful change in a complex health care environment Experience in training and coaching senior staff in improvement, project and change management Experience in leading a team and service Proven track record in successfully leading and embedding change within and across teams Understanding of measurement and monitoring for safety and quality including proven ability to analyse and use data and information for improvement Stakeholder management – creates effective structures to manage and engage stakeholders, and negotiates with and influences diverse stakeholder groups including a highly educated workforce Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Self-motivated and able to work under pressure both independently and within a team A commitment to improving the patient's experience of their health care Demonstrated capacity to 'live' the Eastern Health Values Tertiary qualification in health related field (i.e.
clinical qualification and/or health management) A Victorian Drivers Licence Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.
An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
