About the role: Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will cover generalist duties with the opportunity to be involved in strategic initiatives in a supportive and collaborative work environment! Main point of contact for all HR activitiesCoordinate full employee life cycle, including end to end recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement and development, performance management, retention, and terminationProvide accurate HR advice to support managers and employees across the business including performance management, professional development, and employee well beingAssist in strategic initiatives with HR ManagerMaintain and manage department policies and proceduresCase managementSupport the HR Coordinator with all administrative and ad-hoc HR tasks when necessaryAbout you:Demonstrated HR Generalist commercial experience Qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related discipline (ideal but not necessary)Confidence and ability to navigate and work with confidential and sensitive issues.
