The ACMA is seeking dynamic, collaborative, self-motivated, results-driven individuals at the APS 6 level, who can work autonomously providing support and expert advice on a range of complex HR related matters including employment entitlements and conditions. Key responsibilities include: Developing, reviewing, and updating industrial instruments, employment related policies, procedures, and delegations.Providing clear and accurate advice on HR and employee relations fields.Developing manager capability and organizational understanding of employee policies, practices, and procedures across the business.Candidates will require excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear and accurate advice, developing manager capability, and organizational understanding of employee policies, practices, and procedures across the business.
