Their national project portfolio varies from a $1M fit out to a $300M high rise. Their QLD operation has been operating for 18 years and deliver a mixture of fit outs/large refurbs and new build construction projects to a value of $300M. They have a fantastic name in the QLD market and a name that turns most peoples head. The role Senior Estimator/Cost Planner This highly respected builder are looking to add a Senior Estimator/Cost planner to the team to look after their larger projects in the Tier 1 space with projects valuing from $100m to $500m. This is a key role in the QLD business and you will be seen as a senior part of the team. This is a senior role and you will be remunerated in accordance with the role.
