About the Role You would be a valued member of the Helia EHS Contaminated Land Management (CLM) team, providing senior consultancy services whilst working on multi-disciplinary Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) across soil, groundwater, surface water, soil vapour, indoor air and landfill gas.
Helia's Clients represent a wide range of industry, government and developers with a deep and interesting active project list that will allow you to develop your consulting expertise.
You will excel in project management, team management and market growth in our Melbourne office.
Your core tasks will include: Project management and technical input to the Contaminated Land Management (CLM) team and other teams as required. Client management and coordination. Completion of projects and associated aspects in line with the Helia company policies (including its Integrated Management System comprising EHS and Quality). Coaching, training and staff development. Be an agent of change so that Helia identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement. Introduce innovation into the delivery of Helia services. Must live the Helia values.
