As a Senior End User Computing System Engineer reporting to the Product Manager End User Technologies, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the entire Desktop infrastructure for all environments on a day-to-day basis as defined by Service Level Agreements. A few of your responsibilities Deliver and manage the Desktop Technology Infrastructure for all production and non-production environments Actively drive incident resolution and system restoration Conduct root cause analysis and problem rectification, including system changes required to prevent a recurrence of the incident Manage and administrate desktop operating systems and their corresponding or associated software. Manage creation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications deployed to the desktops. What we are looking for Knowledge of Operating System administration and Management Windows 10 Windows 11 Comprehensive experience in the following technologies: Active Directory/Entra (Azure AD) Microsoft Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager) Microsoft Autopilot Mobile Device Management iOS/Android Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) SOE Development and Maintenance Application Packaging (InstallShield) Group Policy Management PowerShell Certifications / Methodology: MCSE / MCITIP or equivalent Desired relevant and current Certification in either MCITP, MCTS or MCP Minimum 5 years full-time experience providing 3rd level support for Infrastructure in the large corporate environment of 1000 users. As a Senior End User Computing System Engineer, you excel in configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, skilfully managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. Your expertise ensures efficient and effective computing system operations, making you a key player in achieving user satisfaction and system performance goals.
