Details: The People Cases team is responsible for employee relations, HR business partnering, injury management, and injury prevention functions. The team provides solutions-focused complex HR advice and support to business units across JACS through the delivery of reactive and proactive business partnering.
As a subject matter expert, you will manage a small team working across the employee relations and injury management portfolios.
Responsibilities: Lead the team to enable positive outcomes for the Directorate in managing workplace behaviours, misconduct matters, workplace grievances, and providing specialist advice related to employment frameworks.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experiences, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Qualifications in, or extensive experience in human resources or industrial relations are highly desirable.

Please note, this position is in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers do not have a designated workstation/desk.
