About About You:  My client is busy as ever working with a great values-based client list!Considering this is a remote position, it is very important to have very recent relevant agency experience where you understand agency dynamics, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven design team.Your self-motivation, organization, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial.We're looking for someone passionate about exceptional design, layout, and typography, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and web design.You should be a collaborative team player, always ready to support your colleagues.Reporting to the Art Director, your responsibilities include: Creating brand visual identities for clients, following the company format.Using big chunks of data to decipher and make beautiful visual collateral.Designing custom print materials.Crafting website designs.Producing marketing communications, both print and digital.Collaborating with the team and clients to create solutions.Managing project budgets and staying updated on industry trends.Your accountability: Interpreting design briefs and adhering to brand standards.Meeting project timelines and offering creative recommendations.Managing multiple projects and collaborating with colleagues.Designing client materials from concept to completion.Attending meetings and ensuring quality control.Following company policies and tracking client design time.This is a remote role, can be 4 days per week (pro-rata) but offers full-time, with career progression!This role suits someone who likes being client-facing, loves collaboration and is passionate about working for a design-led company!Salary on offer is $80k + super, pro-rata.Please apply with your CV and portfolio!:) Please note, that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted due to a high volume of applicants.Reese Provost | Senior Consultant CX, UI, UX, and Product Design | ******
