Job Description
This role provides technical and implementation expertise to support the execution of customer initiatives in the Microsoft Modern Workplace Management space.
You will be positioned to customers as a workplace data security Subject Matter Expert with hands on consulting, design and implementation experience.
Your technical skills will focus on, but not be limited to, Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies such as SharePoint, SharePoint Syntex, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, Purview, Information Governance, Information Security & Compliance, Insider Risk Management, and M365 Backup tools with a specific focus on data security.
Qualifications
Strong demonstrable experience in Office 365 / M365 design, and configuration specifically in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Governance and Security
Previous experience with Purview.
Project experience of having both designed and implemented with Purview.
Demonstrated experience producing technical documentation including High level and detailed design documents, As Built, Test plans
Experience on designing and implementing Intranets
Demonstrated experience demonstrating and developing Proof of Concepts
Demonstrated experience designing and configuring Purview implementations for data governance, data security as well as risk and compliance solution modules
Overall knowledge of M365 and deployment to enterprise customers
Tenant Migrations - Migration of data to M365, on prem to Cloud, Cloud to Cloud, MS Tenant to Tenant
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot assessments and implementation (Advantageous)
Knowledge of Microsoft Viva implementation and value proposition desirable
Knowledge of AvePoint, or ShareGate toolsets highly regarded
Any experience with M365 security & compliance and implementation of Advanced Threat Protection capabilities highly advantageous
Demonstrated experience implementing solutions using PowerApps and Flow is highly desirable
Microsoft 365 Certified: Information Protection & Compliance Administrator Associate (Mandatory)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (Advantageous)
ITIL foundation certification (Advantageous)
