The role: Train, guide and support warehouse staff on all warehousing processes, including identifying operational and staff training requirements to the Team Leader – TasEquip – to facilitate the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the warehouse.Undertake day-to-day operations of equipment handling, delivery/collection, customer service and administrative duties including data input on all systems in line with agency guidelines and policies.Provide sound advice and accurate information on administrative and operational warehousing enquiries from TasEquip staff, prescribers and clients to ensure prompt and efficient customer service.In accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation, undertake financial processes including those associated with the NDIS, prepare and process applications and purchasing orders.Actively participate in, and contribute to, TasEquip process development in conjunction with the other TasEquip Senior Customer Service Officers and Team Leaders – TasEquip to ensure Statewide consistency and efficiency.The Service: This role within TasEquip North offers: An opportunity to provide an essential service to the community as TasEquip North provides equipment to vulnerable Tasmanians across northern Tasmania.A small dynamic team who works together.To start your leadership journey by working with the Team Leader to support, guide and train the team.Details of Appointment:
Fixed term, full time, day worker (with on call) position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 30 June 2025.
Notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or fixed term full time, part time and casual vacancies.Location: Launceston, Tasmania.
Salary: $71,661 - $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
