Contracts Administration (Administration & Office Support) A reputable Tier 2 commercial building contractor with over 50 years in the game and an exceptionally strong financial position have retained us to source a Senior Contract Administrator for a $60m new build D&C shopping centre and office multi-storey development.
The project is set up to succeed with a great team of 6 site based staff and a dedicated Contract Administrator and Document Controller supporting you.

We are looking for a driven, energetic Senior Contract Administrator who has excellent communication and leadership skills, someone who is structured, process driven and can take commercial ownership of their own new project.
This Senior Contract Administrator role will suit someone who wants to feel valued working in a medium sized growing team in Perth.

Criteria for the Senior Contract Administrator:Recent experience with commercial building head contractorsBuilding project experience between $20m – 100m as the Lead CARetail Shopping Centre experience desirableBased in Perth or enroute, inter-state applications consideredTertiary qualified with longevity served in employmentsStrong CAs ready for the step up to Senior CA will be consideredThe Right to Work in Australia Salary guide: $180 - 225k pkg (commensurate with experience)
