Senior Consultant - Organisational Design - People Consulting The Team: People Consulting We work globally and collaborate to bring professional teams together to address complex issues relating to organization transformation, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR in support of business strategy.
The role: As a Senior Consultant within People Consulting, you will be responsible for conducting research, analysing data, and delivering client workforce strategy and OD projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bring innovative ideas to address complex client challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive value and results.
Your key responsibilities: Conducting research and data analysis: Gather and analyse data related to organizational structures, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent management, and other people-related areas.Development and delivery of client projects: Collaborate with other project team members to support the design and implementation of client engagements.Understanding and support client challenges: Build rapport with clients by understanding their business and needs.Contributing to business development: Assist in researching and collating relevant information to support business development activities.What we are looking for: Strong communication and listening skills.Continuous learning mindset.Collaborative and positive attitude.Inclusive mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage complex senior stakeholder networks and relationships.Experience with major People Consulting practice areas.Experience working in a professional services consulting environment or internal consulting function.Proactive approach to client needs.Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
